Shipping
A. Shipping costs and information:
Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DPD or DHL. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail (info@shield-guard.com) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within the German mainland, we charge a flat rate of 4.95 euros per order. We do not charge an additional island surcharge for shipping to German islands. From a gross order value of 100 euros we ship free of charge.

Weight-dependent shipping: Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, you can see the shipping weight for each item on the details page: For shipping to the specified countries for parcels up to 2kg: 8.99 euros, for parcels 2.01 to 5kg: 16.49 euros, for parcels 5.01 to 10kg: 21.49 euros, for parcels over 10kg: 32.49 euros;
B. Delivery times:
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods shall be delivered in Germany within 1 – 5 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 3 – 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of the payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
